Who you are contracting with

PassATS is operated by Bosphorus Elevate LLC, registered in Delaware, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, and the courts of Delaware, United States have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory protection you have under the consumer law of your country of residence.

The service

PassATS provides automated compatibility analysis of resume text. Each payment of $2.99 entitles you to one analysis.

What you get

A compatibility score from 0 to 100, a keyword gap analysis against a detected role or a job description you paste, notes on section structure and date consistency, and a prioritised list of specific fixes that quote lines from your own resume.

PassATS analyses the text extracted from your file. It does not see your document's visual layout, so it does not assess colours, columns, graphics, or page design.

No guarantees

PassATS provides informational analysis only. We do not guarantee job interviews, callbacks, or employment outcomes. Applicant tracking systems vary by company, and our analysis is a general benchmark, not a prediction for any specific employer.

Payments and refunds

All payments are one-time, non-recurring, and processed through Stripe. We do not store your card details.

If your analysis fails to complete, or the report does not arrive, email support@passats.pro and we will refund you in full. Quote the reference shown with the error if you have one. We aim to respond within two business days.

Your right to cancel (EU and UK customers)

Consumers in the EU and the UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital services. Because PassATS delivers your analysis immediately, you are asked at checkout to request immediate performance and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the analysis has been delivered.

Until you upload a resume and receive your report, that right is intact: email support@passats.pro and we will refund you without question. This does not affect your right to a refund where the service is faulty.

Your content

You retain all rights to your resume. By uploading, you grant us a temporary, limited licence to process the document for the purpose of producing your analysis. Your file is deleted when the request finishes, including when the analysis fails.

Acceptable use

Do not use PassATS to:

• Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit the service
• Automate requests or scrape the service
• Resell or redistribute analysis results as a service

Limitation of liability

PassATS is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid ($2.99 per analysis). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and changes apply only to purchases made after they are published.
